Overwhelmed by the 10 different appointment types offered by other massage businesses? You’ll never find that at Massage Harrisburg. Simply choose how long you’d like your session to be, and your therapist will work directly with you to determine what type of massage will best meet your needs and goals.

To ensure the best experience for every client, please take a moment to review our policies prior to scheduling:

Appointment Reservations

A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment. You will not be charged at the time of booking—payment will only be processed after your session, or in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policies outlined below.

Arrival and Check-In

New clients should arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for a comprehensive intake and consultation. Returning clients should arrive 5–10 minutes early to relax and prepare for their session.

We value your time and are committed to starting every session promptly. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid overlapping with the next client, and you will still be charged for the full service. We cannot guarantee the full length of your session if you arrive after your scheduled start time.

Late Cancellation Policy

Your massage time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service total.

No-Show Policy

If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged 90% of the service fee. This policy helps us respect the time of our therapists and maintain availability for other clients.
